I will be playing a house concert at the Wallingford home of Bill and Gina Dunlap on Saturday, 7 December. The doors open at 7 and there is a cover donation requested of 20$ which goes to me… There’ll be refreshments and a good singing crowd, but space is limited. You should reserve your seat by contacting either Gina or Bill at (203) 679-0016 or by e-mail at ginadunlap@att.net, and get directions. This will be a very good setting for some intimate participation of my ballads and prettier songs, few of which I get to do in the bars and stages.

We’re back at our New Haven haunt, the Gryphon Pub at GPSCY.

On Monday 28 October come on down to see me and my mates and celebrate Halloween with us in the historic Griswold Inn. There’ll be songs, laughs, and plenty of spirits! We start a little after 8p and what an evening we’ll have!

Lots of things are coming up… Of course, there’s every Monday night at the Griswold Inn; and Monday the 28th will be the Jovial Crew’s hosting of Halloween at the Gris.

On 19 October I’ll be playing, along with my Jovial Crew, at a private cocktail and seafood party at the Essex Yacht Club.

And on 6 November, a Wednesday, The Jovial crew will return to the Gryphon Pub at GPSCY in New Haven, from 8p onward! It’s always a good time when we’re there!

Thank you for everyone who came down for our Survivor’s Night! We had a terrific lineup of friends, performers from the festival, first-time Gris performers… And as for the crowd, you all were top notch, singing along with heart while keeping the non-musical din down! A tremendous evening and not one we’ll forget soon.

Aside from my weekly show every Monday night at the Gris, I will be performing at this year’s Sea Music Festival at the Mystic Seaport. This annual event is quite the experience for all you lovers of folk music relating to life on and relevant to the water; you really should come down and experience it: June 6 – 9.

The Monday after – the 10th of June – has long been our tradition of “Survivor’s Night“, when performers come down to the Gris for dinner and an evening of performance, each in turn, hosted by myself and my Jovial Crew.

Wednesday, 6 March 2013 – I and the boys are coming back to the Gryphon Pub @ GPSCY, York Street, New Haven. They open their doors at 7, I’m told, for a beer-tasting get-together, and we’ll be setting up to start at 9 and going until probably midnight. It’s always a great time, and it’ll be even better with you there!

Saturday, 9 March 2013 – We’ll be at the Branford Folk Music Society, which is held at the Branford Congregational Church, Branford, CT. It a real concert setting but one to bring your voices to… Follow the link for details.

To all of you, thank you for your well wishes! I am healing up, coming along exactly as the doctors said it would happen, and I hope to be back in the swing of hings really soon. If I feel up to it, I’ll swing on by Monday the 14th to say hi and see how things are going in my absence!
